Biedbril is the direction of LN Software’s property research product: helping people check a Dutch home before they make an offer. The useful outcome is a better set of questions, grounded in the information available for an address.

A home listing can create a strong first impression. Research asks a different set of questions. Which building details are recorded? Is an energy label available? Which environmental signals deserve a closer look? For an apartment, what should a buyer ask about the owners’ association and its documents?

The product brings available official registries, public datasets, provider information and optional uploaded documents into a pre-bid report. AI analysis helps organise that material into issues to investigate and questions to take to the people involved in a purchase. Coverage varies by address and source. A missing record should stay visible as a gap, rather than turn into reassurance.

The Biedbril identity supports this approach. Canal green and rose express the movement from an attractive first impression to a more considered second look. The interface aims to make the evidence readable and the next question clear.

Brand and interface work is being prepared in development. This note describes that direction; it does not announce that every public service or integration has already moved to the new brand. We will keep the product’s public destination aligned with the service that is available.

The central promise remains deliberately specific: help a buyer know what to ask, verify and investigate before bidding. A report can organise research and identify follow-up questions. Building inspectors, advisers and other professionals still have their own roles. Making those boundaries clear is part of making the product useful.
