A company with several products needs a clear way to direct questions. The LN Software support page is the starting point when you know the company name but are unsure which product or channel you need.
For a private question, contact hi@ln.software. Include the product name and a short description of what you were trying to do. If something did not work, explain what you expected, what happened instead and whether the problem repeats. An approximate time and the browser or application involved can also help establish the context.
A useful example does not need to contain your real data. For a Diff display problem, a small invented text comparison may show the issue more clearly than a complete document. For a property report question, describe the section or behaviour first and wait for guidance before sending sensitive documents. Do not include passwords, API keys, payment card information or other secrets in a request.
Open-source projects have a different public workflow. A reproducible bug or documentation correction usually belongs in the relevant repository, where other developers can follow the discussion. Check the project’s contribution and security guidance first. Keep account information and sensitive reports out of public issues.
The website helps you prepare a message; opening an email draft does not send it. You remain in control of the contents and send it through your email application. We do not display a ticket confirmation for a message that has not reached us.
We also avoid promising a response time that has not been agreed. Support for a product, an open-source project and a commissioned engagement can have different terms. Clear routing and a useful first description are the first steps towards the right answer.
