LN Software’s current focus is Biedbril, Diff and our open-source work, alongside new consulting and collaboration conversations. Dedicated IP and Lawyours are retired products. We keep that distinction visible because a portfolio should help people understand what they can use and where to direct their attention today.
An old product page can continue to look like an invitation long after a service has stopped being an active offering. A signup link, a feature list or a familiar name may suggest a commitment that no longer exists. The company site gives retired work an archive status instead of presenting every project as equally current.
Dedicated IP was a VPN project centred on dedicated IP addresses and WireGuard. Its repository now carries an archival notice and explains that it is no longer actively maintained. Historical documentation may still describe its earlier service. That material is a record of the project, rather than an offer to provide a current VPN subscription or ongoing maintenance.
Lawyours also belongs to our retired portfolio. We are not announcing a new closure date here, and this note does not imply a replacement service or a customer migration programme. It records the status the founder has confirmed for the company website.
For visitors, the practical distinction is straightforward. Explore active products for current product information. Read an archived project for background and check its status before relying on its code or documentation. Contact us if you need help identifying which project an old message or account relates to.
Focus is useful when it is legible. Showing what remains active, what is in transition and what has ended gives each project a more accurate place in the story of LN Software.
